Journal of Academic Language and Learning
- Conference proceedings 1994
On November 21-22 1994, the Language and Academic Skills Units of La Trobe University hosted a national Conference on "integrating the Teaching of Academic Discourse into Courses in the Disciplines". The theme was chosen with the aim of exploring the trend, both in Australia and overseas, towards extending instruction on academic skills from adjunct programs run by separate support services to the subjects where students are enrolled in their undergraduate courses.
