What are the strengths of this practice?: 

Collaborative planning between content-based lecturer and ALL specialist to conduct an intervention workshop in order to improve course learning outcomes and inclusivity for new international students. The lecturer and ALL specialist planned an inclusive intervention to improve on the high failure rates of an assignment in the advanced accounting course and published evidence-based results.

What are the weaknesses?: 

Change of staff and lack of continuity.

What improvements (if any) would you like to make?: 

More time needed for planning the intervention and improving in subsequent study sessions.
