What are the strengths of this practice?: 

Positive feedback from staff and students indicate that the service is much needed and appropriate. A variety of services is offered within the Program in order to cater to differing needs and schedules.

What are the weaknesses?: 

Promotion. We get feedback from students and staff saying that they wished they had known about our service, and some are not fully aware of what we offer to be able to take action and utilise the service if they need it.

What improvements (if any) would you like to make?: 

Promotion. Need to make students and staff, particularly new students and staff, aware of the program and its services within the first 2 week of each semester.
