JALL: Great new look, same great journal

Over the summer months, JALL was migrated to a new host, the Public Knowledge Project at Simon Fraser University in Canada.

As part of this migration, JALL received a software upgrade and a great new look, so why not check it out? The URL remains the same, https://journal.aall.org.au/index.php/jall, and all existing usernames and passwords have been carried across.

A great new feature authors will love, is that if you click on the title of an article to go to its abstract page, you will find you can download the citation to four popular citation managers. To do so, in the “How to cite” box, click on “More citation formats”.

While you are checking out the journal, it would be great if you could take a moment to log in (top right) and review or update your reviewing interests. To do so, once logged in:

  1. Hover over your username at the top right of screen and select, “View profile”.
  2. Select the “Roles” tab
  3. Make sure “Reviewer” is checked.
  4. Add, revise or update your reviewing interests
  5. then hit “Save”.

I hope you enjoy the upgrade, and would love to see your next paper submitted to JALL, which remains highly read.
